Guy Lapointe (full name: Guy Lapointe; no nicknames) played defenseman from 1969 until 1984 for the Montreal Canadiens, St. Louis Blues and Boston Bruins. He played for the Canadies from 1969 - 1982, Blues from 1982 - 1983 and Bruins in 1984. Over 16 seasons, he played 884 games, scored 171 goals, and made 451 assists. Born in Montreal, Quebec on March 18, 1948, Lapointe stands 6-0 and weighs 205 lbs. He was inducted into Hockey Hall of Fame as Player in 1993.
