Gus Williams (full name: Gus Williams; The Wizard) played Guard from 1976 until 1987 for the Golden State Warriors, Seattle Supersonics, Washington Bullets and Atlanta Hawks. Over 11 seasons, he played 825 games, scored 14093 points (17.1 ppg) and grabbed 2222 rebounds (2.7 rpg). Williams also dished out 4597 assists (5.6 apg), made 1638 steals (2.0 spg), and blocked 291 shots (0.4 bpg) during his career. Born in Mount Vernon, New York on October 10, 1953, Williams stands 6-2 and weighs 175 lbs. He attended high school at Mount Vernon in Mount Vernon, New York and college at University of Southern California. He was drafted by the Golden State Warriors in the 2nd round (2nd pick, 20th overall) of the 1975 NBA draft.
