About Greg Malone:
Greg Malone (full name: Greg Malone; no nicknames) played center from 1977 until 1987 for the Pittsburgh Penguins, Hartford Whalers and Quebec Nordiques. He played for the Penguins from 1977 - 1983, Whalers from 1984 - 1986 and Nordiques from 1986 - 1987. Over 11 seasons, he played 704 games, scored 191 goals, and made 310 assists. Born in Fredericton, New Brunswick on March 8, 1956, Malone stands 6-0 and weighs 190 lbs. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 2nd round (19th overall) of the 1976 NHL Amateur Draft.
