Greg Goossen (full name: Gregory Bryant Goossen; no nicknames) played first baseman, catcher and leftfielder from 1965 until 1970 for the New York Mets, Seattle Pilots and Washington Senators. He played for the Mets from 1965 - 1968, Pilots from 1969 - 1970 and Senators in 1970. Over 6 seasons, he played 193 games, hit 13 home runs, drove in 33 runs, and stole 1 bases. Born on December 14, 1945 in Los Angeles, CA, Goossen stands 6' 1" and weighs 210 lb. He attended Notre Dame (Sherman Oaks, CA) high school. His debut was on September 3, 1965 and he played his final game on October 1, 1970. Over his career, Goossen made $13,500.
