Glen Combs (full name: Glen Courtney Combs; The Kentucky Rifle) played Guard from 1969 until 1975 for the Dallas Chaparrals, Texas Chaparrals, Utah Stars, Memphis Tams and Virginia Squires. Over 7 seasons, he played 465 games, scored 7666 points (16.5 ppg) and grabbed 1230 rebounds (2.6 rpg). Combs also dished out 1639 assists (3.5 apg), made 56 steals (0.1 spg), and blocked 13 shots (0.0 bpg) during his career. Born in Hazard, Kentucky on October 30, 1946, Combs stands 6-2 and weighs 185 lbs. He attended high school at Carr Creek in Carr Creek, Kentucky and college at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He was drafted by the San Diego Rockets in the 5th round (1st pick, 51st overall) of the 1968 NBA draft.
