Georges Laraque (full name: Georges Laraque; no nicknames) played right wing from 1998 until 2010 for the Edmonton Oilers, Phoenix Coyotes, Pittsburgh Penguins and Montreal Canadiens. He played for the Oilers from 1998 - 2006, Coyotes in 2007, Penguins from 2007 - 2008 and Canadies from 2009 - 2010. Over 12 seasons, he played 695 games, scored 53 goals, and made 100 assists. Born in Montreal, Quebec on December 7, 1976, Laraque stands 6-3 and weighs 253 lbs. He was drafted by the Edmonton Oilers in the 2nd round (31st overall) of the 1995 NHL Entry Draft.
