George D. Webster is from Anderson, South California and is a professional football player. In his college years, he already played football as a defensive back of the Michigan State University. He ranks number 31 in the top 100 players of his school. Duffy Daugherty, the university head coach made Webster a roverback. A roverback is a combination of linebacker and safety positions with wide receivers. He has also played in the American Football League for the Houston Oilers in 1967 draft for two years. He has received an award as the 1968 AFL All-Star Defensive MVP and the AFL All-Time Team.  As a National Football League he stayed with the Oilers for a year then moved to the Pittsburgh Steelers and the New England Patriots. George Webster died in Houston, Texas on the 17th of April 2007.
