He played for the Athletics in 1967, Athletics from 1968 - 1969 and Brewers in 1970. Over 4 seasons, he started 14 games, won 4 games, struck out 73 batters, and had a 5.00 ERA. Born on July 22, 1947 in Havana, Cuba, Lauzerique stands 6' 1" and weighs 180 lb. He attended George Washington (New York, NY) high school and was drafted by the Kansas City Athletics in the 10th round of the 1965 amateur draft. His debut was on September 17, 1967 and he played his final game on May 28, 1970. Over his career, Lauzerique made $19,500.
