George Earnshaw (full name: George Livingston Earnshaw; Moose) played pitcher from 1931 until 1936 for the Philadelphia Athletics, Chicago White Sox, Brooklyn Dodgers and St. Louis Cardinals. He played for the Athletics from 1931 - 1933, White Sox from 1934 - 1935, Dodgers from 1935 - 1936 and Cardinals in 1936. Over 9 seasons, he started 249 games, won 127 games, struck out 1002 batters, and had a 4.38 ERA. Born on February 15, 1900 in New York, NY, Earnshaw stood 6' 4" and weighed 210 lb.
