Freeman Williams (full name: Freeman Williams Jr.; no nicknames) played Guard-Forward from 1979 until 1986 for the San Diego Clippers, Atlanta Hawks, Utah Jazz and Washington Bullets. Over 6 seasons, he played 323 games, scored 4738 points (14.7 ppg) and grabbed 510 rebounds (1.6 rpg). Williams also dished out 516 assists (1.6 apg), made 247 steals (0.8 spg), and blocked 18 shots (0.1 bpg) during his career. Born in Los Angeles, California on May 15, 1956, Williams stands 6-4 and weighs 190 lbs. He attended high school at Manual Arts in Los Angeles, California and college at Portland State University. He was drafted by the Boston Celtics in the 1st round (8th pick, 8th overall) of the 1978 NBA draft.
