Frank Baumholtz (full name: Frank Conrad Baumholtz; no nicknames) played outfielder from 1947 until 1957 for the Cincinnati Reds, Chicago Cubs and Philadelphia Phillies. He played for the Reds from 1947 - 1949, Cubs from 1949 - 1955 and Phillies from 1956 - 1957. Over 10 seasons, he played 1019 games, hit 25 home runs, drove in 450 runs, and stole 30 bases. Born on October 7, 1918 in Midvale, OH, Baumholtz stood 5' 10" and weighed 175 lb. He attended Midvale (Midvale, OH) high school.
