Floyd Smith (full name: Floyd Smith; no nicknames) played right wing from 1955 until 1972 for the Boston Bruins, New York Rangers, Detroit Red Wings, Toronto Maple Leafs and Buffalo Sabres. He played for the Bruins from 1955 - 1957, Rangers in 1961, Red Wings from 1963 - 1968, Leafs from 1968 - 1970 and Sabres from 1971 - 1972. Over 13 seasons, he played 616 games, scored 129 goals, and made 178 assists. Born in Perth, Ontario on May 16, 1935, Smith stands 5-10 and weighs 180 lbs.
