He played for the Browns from 1943 - 1944, White Sox from 1945 - 1951, Senators from 1952 - 1953, Red Sox from 1953 - 1954 and Phillies from 1954 - 1955. Over 13 seasons, he played 874 games, hit 1 home runs, drove in 285 runs, and stole 23 bases. Born on October 10, 1916 in Luray, VA, Baker stood 5' 9" and weighed 160 lb. He attended high school.
