Eric McNair (full name: Donald Eric McNair; Boob) played shortstop, second baseman and third baseman from 1931 until 1942 for the Philadelphia Athletics, Boston Red Sox, Chicago White Sox and Detroit Tigers. He played for the Athletics from 1931 - 1942, Red Sox from 1936 - 1938, White Sox from 1939 - 1940 and Tigers from 1941 - 1942. Over 14 seasons, he played 1251 games, hit 82 home runs, drove in 592 runs, and stole 59 bases. Born on April 12, 1909 in Meridian, MS (All Transactions), McNair stood 5' 8" and weighed 160 lb.
