My son, John, a Marine coming home from three tours is so upset because the two teams he loves the most make a major move and he was out of country.
Football is a game he loves and the giants are his team.
He was honable mention from all Conn. High Couches in the year he graduated. He played guard and tackle at the silly weight of 165,. Average kid on line agaist him was 20 to 40 pounds heavier but he never gave up and fought hard to have a SWC (southern confernce team) in his league.
After graduation from high school, he went to VMI and graduated with an attrition rate of almost 25%, with a degree in Eco and Buss.
John then joined the Marines, not as an officer, that would have been easy. He wanted to be a Marine, no standard, no polish.
He is coming home soon, and I think a man like you would want to honar him as a man and a Marine (many times with decorations and respect from the COrp) .
I am asking for something that you could sign to him personnally, because without the troops, who would we reley on to protect our country.
I, as the mother of a Marine, a Marine who loves the Giants and was in Iraq for the S.Bowl, could you please send him something that would re-enforce his sacrifice and obligation as a Marine. Maybe a signed picture or jersey that he can hold like you hold him and all troops in your heart.
The year before he shipped out for the third time he was lucky enough to get a ticket to a Giants game, he was happier than i can put into words. It gave him braging rights overseas, I SAW THE GIANTS AT THE NYC STATIAM..
This man should have something besides a processsed autograph, he has given to his country and is a hero in many ways, saving lives, etc...
Please find in your heart to give him something special, like a real autograph on a picture or jersey. His name his Sergent John P.Tamborino, III, and need your support just like he always gives to the Giants.
If you do not have the time to give to a US Troop than what is your time worth? Please welcome him home with the others who respect him so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Super Bowl XLII MVP, Eli Manning upset the much-favored New England Patriots. Starting quarterback for the New York Giants, Eli Manning was born on January 3, 1981 in New Orleans, Louisiana. His father is a former New Orleans quarterback Archie Manning and he is the younger brother of Peyton Manning who is currently the quarterback of the Indianapolis Colts.
He is a top prospect during the 2004 National Football League Draft. Manning became the target of criticism when he said that he would not play with the San Diego Chargers because of the team’s recent poor record of holdouts. He had spent the first half of his rookie year being tutored by Kurt Warner. It was often said that Manning would definitely have the brightest future among the other quarterbacks taken during the 2004 draft and John Madden also stated that Manning would definitely be the best quarterback of that draft.
During the 2004 season, Manning had led the Giants to a 2-0 with victories against the Cardinals and the Saints. He also led the Giants in the NFC East where the team won with an 11-5 record and off they went to the postseason making the Eli Manning signed Blue Wilson jersey a cool item to collect. In 2006, Manning was able to accomplish 3,244 yards, 24 touchdowns and 18 interceptions.
