About Ed Pinckney:
Ed Pinckney (full name: Edward Lewis Pinckney; Ed, E-Z Ed) played Forward from 1986 until 1997 for the Phoenix Suns, Sacramento Kings, Boston Celtics, Milwaukee Bucks, Toronto Raptors, Philadelphia 76ers and Miami Heat. Over 12 seasons, he played 793 games, scored 5378 points (6.8 ppg) and grabbed 3952 rebounds (5.0 rpg). Pinckney also dished out 727 assists (0.9 apg), made 612 steals (0.8 spg), and blocked 435 shots (0.5 bpg) during his career. Born in Bronx, New York on March 27, 1963, Pinckney stands 6-9 and weighs 195 lbs. He attended high school at Adlai E. Stevenson in Bronx, New York and college at Villanova University. He was drafted by the Phoenix Suns in the 1st round (10th pick, 10th overall) of the 1985 NBA draft.
