Ed Farmer (full name: Edward Joseph Farmer; no nicknames) played pitcher from 1971 until 1983 for the Cleveland Indians, Detroit Tigers, Philadelphia Phillies, Baltimore Orioles, Milwaukee Brewers, Texas Rangers, Chicago White Sox and Oakland Athletics. He played for the Indians from 1971 - 1973, Tigers in 1973, Phillies from 1974 - 1983, Orioles in 1977, Brewers in 1978, Rangers in 1979, White Sox from 1979 - 1981 and Athletics in 1983.
