Earl Holmes (fullname: Earl L. Holmes; no nicknames) played from 1996 until 2005 for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Cleveland Browns and Detroit Lions. He played 140 games, starting 131 of those. Born in Tallahassee, FL on April 28, 1973, Holmes stands 6'2 and weighs 242 lbs. He attended college at Florida A&M. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 4th round (126th overall) of the 1996 NFL Draft.
