Doug Evans (fullname: Douglas Edwards Evans; no nicknames) played Defensive Back from 1993 until 2003 for the Green Bay Packers, Carolina Panthers, Seattle Seahawks and Detroit Lions. He played 162 games, made 522 tackles, intercepted 28 passes, recovered 9 fumbles, and is credited with 6.0 quarterback sacks. Born in Shreveport, LA on May 13, 1970, Evans stands 6'1 and weighs 188 lbs. He attended college at Louisiana Tech. He was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the 6th round (141st overall) of the 1993 NFL Draft.
