He played for the Red Sox in 1937 and Cubs from 1940 - 1947. Over 8 seasons, he played 746 games, hit 22 home runs, drove in 242 runs, and stole 16 bases. Born on October 3, 1913 in Reading, PA, Dallessandro stood 5' 6" and weighed 168 lb. He attended Reading (Reading, PA) (All Transactions) high school.
