David Oliver (full name: David Oliver; no nicknames) played right wing from 1995 until 2006 for the Edmonton Oilers, New York Rangers, Ottawa Senators, Phoenix Coyotes and Dallas Stars. He played for the Oilers from 1995 - 1997, Rangers in 1997, Senators from 1999 - 2001, Coyotes in 2000 and Stars from 2003 - 2006. Over 9 seasons, he played 233 games, scored 49 goals, and made 49 assists. Born in Sechelt, British Columbia on April 17, 1971, Oliver stands 6-0 and weighs 190 lbs. He was drafted by the Edmonton Oilers in the 7th round (144th overall) of the 1991 NHL Entry Draft.
