About David Graham Memorabilia & Collectibles
Born on May 23 1946, Anthony David Graham is a retired golf player who came from Windsor, Australia. He began playing golf professionally in 1962 and played mostly in the United States in the PGA tour. He joined the Senior PGA tour when he turned 50. He was also a Piccadilly World Match Play Champion. He bagged two major championships which include the 1981 U.S. Open and the 1979 PGA Championship. In the 1985 Open Championship, he ranked third after he led the third round.
He was also a member of the Australian Teams that championed the World Cup in 1970. the team also won the Alfred Dunhill Cup twice, in 1985 and in 1986, Graham was seventh in Mark McCormack’s World Golf Rankings in 1981. He is also known for winning events in six different continents, same with golf player Gary Player. He had 22 wins in other events he participated in during his playing career.
During a game in Bank of America Championship on June 27, 2004, Graham fell down for no reason over a putt. After a series of medical tests, he was found to have congestive heart failure. At the age of 58, he retired from being a professional golf player. Sources say he currently resides in Montana.
