About Dave Manson:
Dave Manson (full name: Dave Manson; no nicknames) played defenseman from 1987 until 2002 for the Chicago Blackhawks, Edmonton Oilers, Winnipeg Jets, Phoenix Coyotes, Montreal Canadiens, Dallas Stars and Toronto Maple Leafs. He played for the Blackhawks from 1987 - 2000, Oilers from 1992 - 1994, Jets from 1994 - 1996, Coyotes in 1997, Canadies from 1997 - 1999, Stars from 2000 - 2002 and Leafs from 2001 - 2002. Over 16 seasons, he played 1103 games, scored 102 goals, and made 288 assists. Born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan on January 27, 1967, Manson stands 6-2 and weighs 200 lbs. He was drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 1st round (11th overall) of the 1985 NHL Entry Draft. Manson officially announced retirement on September 30, 2002.
