Darryl Sittler (full name: Darryl Sittler; no nicknames) played center from 1971 until 1985 for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Philadelphia Flyers and Detroit Red Wings. He played for the Leafs from 1971 - 1982, Flyers from 1982 - 1984 and Red Wings in 1985. Over 15 seasons, he played 1096 games, scored 484 goals, and made 637 assists. Born in Kitchener, Ontario on September 18, 1950, Sittler stands 6-0 and weighs 190 lbs. He was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 1st round (8th overall) of the 1970 NHL Amateur Draft. He was inducted into Hockey Hall of Fame as Player in 1989.
