Dan Maloney (full name: Dan Maloney; no nicknames) played left wing from 1971 until 1982 for the Chicago Black Hawks, Los Angeles Kings, Detroit Red Wings and Toronto Maple Leafs. He played for the Black Hawks from 1971 - 1973, Kings from 1973 - 1975, Red Wings from 1976 - 1978 and Leafs from 1978 - 1982. Over 11 seasons, he played 737 games, scored 192 goals, and made 259 assists. Born in Barrie, Ontario on September 24, 1950, Maloney stands 6-2 and weighs 195 lbs. He was drafted by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 1st round (14th overall) of the 1970 NHL Amateur Draft.
