Dan Fouts is an American football quarterback in the National Football League for the San Diego Chargers. He is well-known as among the most prolific quarterbacks of the Super Bowl Era.
He was drafted first drafted in the third round out of the University of Oregon where he helped the Chargers to their playoffs in 1979 to 1982 and two times to the AFC title game in 1980 to 1981.
