Dale Berra (full name: Dale Anthony Berra; no nicknames) played shortstop and third baseman from 1977 until 1987 for the Pittsburgh Pirates, New York Yankees and Houston Astros. He played for the Pirates from 1977 - 1984, Yankees from 1985 - 1986 and Astros in 1987. Over 11 seasons, he played 853 games, hit 49 home runs, drove in 236 runs, and stole 32 bases.
