Curt Young (full name: Curtis Allen Young; no nicknames) played pitcher from 1983 until 1993 for the Oakland Athletics, New York Yankees and Kansas City Royals. He played for the Athletics from 1983 - 1993, Yankees in 1992 and Royals in 1992. Over 11 seasons, he started 162 games, won 69 games, struck out 536 batters, and had a 4.31 ERA.
