You can say that it really runs in the family in the case of Courtney Force. The Top Alcohol drag racer is the daughter of NHRA Funny Car national champion John Force. She was able to clinch her first National event in the Top Alcohol Dragster category during the 22nd NHRA Northwest Nationals.

After getting her NHRA competition drivers license in 2005, Courtney and her sister joined races in Super Comp. In 2008, Force was able to earn her Alcohol-Fuel license and started competing in the new category. She was able to reach the final round two times in 2009 and was able to earn her first championship in the competition held in 2009.

Force is sponsored by Brandsource, Sanyo and Ford. Force and her entire family is features in the A&E reality show “Driving Force”. Courtney is currently attending Cal State Fullerton where she is taking up Communications.
