Cory Alexander (full name: Cory Lynn Alexander; no nicknames) played Guard from 1996 until 2005 for the San Antonio Spurs, Denver Nuggets, Orlando Magic and Charlotte Bobcats. Over 7 seasons, he played 307 games, scored 1677 points (5.5 ppg) and grabbed 481 rebounds (1.6 rpg). Alexander also dished out 834 assists (2.7 apg), made 263 steals (0.9 spg), and blocked 37 shots (0.1 bpg) during his career. Born in Waynesboro, Virginia on June 22, 1973, Alexander stands 6-1 and weighs 185 lbs. He attended high school at Oak Hill Academy in Mouth of Wilson, Virginia and college at University of Virginia. He was drafted by the San Antonio Spurs in the 1st round (29th pick, 29th overall) of the 1995 NBA draft.
