 Corey Hart is presently the outfielder for the Milwaukee Brewers of the Major League Baseball. Born in Greenwood, Kentucky, Hart went to Greenwood High School where he played both baseball and basketball. Although he played almost all positions, Hart was best in playing middle infield and relief pitching at other occasions.

In 2000, Hart decided to play professionally by participating in the 2000 amateur draft where the Milwaukee Brewers selected him during the 11th round of the draft. He was assigned with the Ogden Raptors of the Rookie League where he was the first baseman. He was able to move up the ladder to play with the High Desert Mavericks, Huntsville Stars, and Indianapolis Indians and then to the Nashville Sounds.

In 2004, Hart was called up to the majors but was only able to play full time in 2005. He was able to hit his first homer in August of that year. He was assigned to replace Rickie Weeks as second baseman after the player was placed on the disabled list.

In the 2007 season, Hart was able to steal 20 bases and also hit 20 homers, a first in Milwaukee Brewers history. In the succeeding season, Hart was named into the All-Stars selection.
