Retired basketball player Christopher Paul Mullin or Chris Mullin for short was born on the 30th of July 1963. Mullin is the previous general manager of the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association.
From the years 1985 to 2001, Mullin was a small forward in NBA. After playing college basketball for the St. John’s University wherein he won for three times the Big East Men's Basketball Player of the Year and became part of the amateur team of US in 1984, Mullin was the seventh pick during the first round of the Golden State Warriors in the 1985 NBA Draft.
After playing for the Warriors in the 1985-86 to 1996-1997 seasons, Mullin stayed with Indiana Pacers, from 1997 through 1999-2000 season. Mullin retired from the sports after he played with his original Warriors’ team in the 2000-2001 season.
This native of Brooklyn, New York also had a remarkable high school and college career. He had amassed numerous awards in his college years and had an average of 16.6 points for every game. Mullin also holds the merit of being one of the only two college players in the history to bring home the Haggerty Award for three times.
