Chris Morris (full name: Christopher Vernard Morris; Chris) played Forward from 1989 until 1999 for the New Jersey Nets, Utah Jazz and Phoenix Suns. Over 11 seasons, he played 747 games, scored 8184 points (11.0 ppg) and grabbed 3544 rebounds (4.7 rpg). Morris also dished out 1182 assists (1.6 apg), made 917 steals (1.2 spg), and blocked 540 shots (0.7 bpg) during his career. Born in Atlanta, Georgia on January 20, 1966, Morris stands 6-8 and weighs 210 lbs. He attended high school at Douglass in Atlanta, Georgia and college at Auburn University. He was drafted by the New Jersey Nets in the 1st round (4th pick, 4th overall) of the 1988 NBA draft.
