Chris Magruder (full name: Christopher James Magruder; no nicknames) played outfielder and pinch hitter from 2001 until 2005 for the Texas Rangers, Cleveland Indians and Milwaukee Brewers. He played for the Rangers in 2001, Indians from 2002 - 2003 and Brewers from 2004 - 2005. Over 5 seasons, he played 270 games, hit 11 home runs, drove in 67 runs, and stole 5 bases. Born on April 26, 1977 in Tacoma, WA, Magruder stands 5' 11" and weighs 200 lb. He attended West Valley (Yakima, WA) high school and was drafted by the San Francisco Giants in the 2nd round of the 1998 amateur draft. His debut was on September 4, 2001 and he played his final game on September 28, 2005. Over his career, Magruder made $325,000.
