Cedric Maxwell (full name: Cedric Bryan Maxwell; Cornbread) played Forward from 1978 until 1988 for the Boston Celtics, Los Angeles Clippers and Houston Rockets. Over 11 seasons, he played 835 games, scored 10465 points (12.5 ppg) and grabbed 5261 rebounds (6.3 rpg). Maxwell also dished out 1862 assists (2.2 apg), made 671 steals (0.8 spg), and blocked 433 shots (0.5 bpg) during his career. Born in Kinston, North Carolina on November 21, 1955, Maxwell stands 6-8 and weighs 205 lbs. He attended high school at Kinston in Kinston, North Carolina and college at University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He was drafted by the Boston Celtics in the 1st round (12th pick, 12th overall) of the 1977 NBA draft.
