Carl Eller (fullname: Carl Lee Eller; no nicknames) played from 1964 until 1979 for the Minnesota Vikings and Seattle Seahawks. He played 225 games, starting 209 of those. Born in Winston-Salem, NC on February 25, 1942, Eller stands 6'6 and weighs 247 lbs. He attended college at Minnesota. He was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the 1st round (6th overall) of the 1964 NFL Draft. Eller was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2004, finalist in 1985, 1989, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000.
