Caldwell Jones (full name: Caldwell Jones; Pops) played Center-Forward from 1974 until 1990 for the San Diego Conquistadors, San Diego Sails, Kentucky Colonels, Spirits of St. Louis, Philadelphia 76ers, Houston Rockets, Chicago Bulls, Portland Trail Blazers and San Antonio Spurs. Over 17 seasons, he played 1299 games, scored 10241 points (7.9 ppg) and grabbed 10685 rebounds (8.2 rpg). Jones also dished out 1800 assists (1.4 apg), made 685 steals (0.5 spg), and blocked 2297 shots (1.8 bpg) during his career. Born in McGehee, Arkansas on August 4, 1950, Jones stands 6-11 and weighs 217 lbs. He attended high school at Desha Central in Rohwer, Arkansas and college at Albany State University. He was drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers in the 2nd round (14th pick, 32nd overall) of the 1973 NBA draft.
