Scott also dished out 2729 assists (2.5 apg), made 1224 steals (1.1 spg), and blocked 276 shots (0.3 bpg) during his career. Born in Ogden, Utah on March 28, 1961, Scott stands 6-3 and weighs 195 lbs. He attended high school at Morningside in Inglewood, California and college at Arizona State University. He was drafted by the San Diego Clippers in the 1st round (4th pick, 4th overall) of the 1983 NBA draft.
