About Buzz Schneider Memorabilia & Collectibles

 He won the gold medal at Lake Placid and was greatly remembered because of his role in the 1980 U.S. Olympic hockey team. Buzz Schneider, having the real name of William Schneider was born in Grand Rapids, Minnesota on September 14, 1954. In the 1976 Winter Olympics, Schneider was also a member of the US Olympic hockey team.

He won the 1974 NCAA hockey championship and was drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the same year.
