Bruce Matthews (fullname: Bruce Rankin Matthews; no nicknames) played from 1983 until 2001 for the Houston Oilers and Tennessee Titans. He played 296 games, starting 292 of those. Born in Raleigh, NC on August 8, 1961, Matthews stands 6'5 and weighs 305 lbs. He attended college at USC. He was drafted by the Houston Oilers in the 1st round (9th overall) of the 1983 NFL Draft. Matthews was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2007.
