Brian Williams is currently a professional football cornerback for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League. He is from High Point, North Carolina and was born on July 2, 1979. He spent his college football career in the North Carolina College, finishing with 262 tackles, 5 interceptions, and 2 fumble recoveries.

Williams started his NFL career when he was drafted as 105th overall by the Minnesota Vikings in the 4th round of the 2002 NFL Draft where he stayed until 2006. Then on March 11, 2006, he entered free agency and was signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was cut on September 5, 2009. The following day he signed with the Atlanta Falcons. While playing against the Chicago Bears, Williams injured his anterior cruciate ligament while defending a pass. He was not able to play for the rest of the 2009 season because of this injury. He again entered free agency the same year and on March 2010 was resigned by the Flacons with a 1- year contract. To date, Williams has a record of 445 tackles, 4 sacks, and 18 interceptions according to the official NFL website.
