Brian McRae (full name: Brian Wesley McRae; no nicknames) played centerfielder from 1990 until 1999 for the Kansas City Royals, Chicago Cubs, New York Mets, Toronto Blue Jays and Colorado Rockies. He played for the Royals from 1990 - 1994, Cubs from 1995 - 1997, Mets from 1997 - 1999, Jays in 1999 and Rockies in 1999. Over 10 seasons, he played 1354 games, hit 103 home runs, drove in 734 runs, and stole 196 bases. Born on August 27, 1967 in Bradenton, FL, McRae stands 6' 0" and weighs 175 lb. He attended Blue Springs (Blue Springs, MO) high school and was drafted by the Kansas City Royals in the 1st round (17th pick) of the 1985 amateur draft. His debut was on August 7, 1990 and he played his final game on October 3, 1999. Over his career, McRae made $20,327,500.
