Brian Glynn (full name: Brian Glynn; no nicknames) played defenseman from 1988 until 1997 for the Calgary Flames, Minnesota North Stars, Edmonton Oilers, Ottawa Senators, Vancouver Canucks and Hartford Whalers. He played for the Flames from 1988 - 1990, North Stars from 1991 - 1992, Oilers from 1992 - 1993, Senators in 1994, Canucks in 1994 and Whalers from 1995 - 1997. Over 10 seasons, he played 431 games, scored 25 goals, and made 79 assists. Born in Iserlohn, Germany on November 23, 1967, Glynn stands 6-4 and weighs 218 lbs. He was drafted by the Calgary Flames in the 2nd round (37th overall) of the 1986 NHL Entry Draft.
