Brent Severyn (full name: Brent Severyn; no nicknames) played left wing from 1990 until 1999 for the Quebec Nordiques, Florida Panthers, New York Islanders, Colorado Avalanche, Mighty Ducks of Anaheim and Dallas Stars. He played for the Nordiques in 1990, Panthers from 1994 - 1995, Islanders from 1995 - 1996, Avalanche in 1997, Mighty Ducks in 1998 and Stars in 1999. Over 7 seasons, he played 328 games, scored 10 goals, and made 30 assists. Born in Vegreville, Alberta on February 22, 1966, Severyn stands 6-2 and weighs 211 lbs. He was drafted by the Winnipeg Jets in the 5th round (99th overall) of the 1984 NHL Entry Draft.
