Brad May (full name: Brad May; no nicknames) played left wing from 1992 until 2010 for the Buffalo Sabres, Vancouver Canucks, Phoenix Coyotes, Colorado Avalanche, Anaheim Ducks, Toronto Maple Leafs and Detroit Red Wings. He played for the Sabres from 1992 - 1998, Canucks from 1998 - 2004, Coyotes from 2001 - 2003, Avalanche from 2006 - 2007, Ducks from 2007 - 2009, Leafs in 2009 and Red Wings in 2010. Over 18 seasons, he played 1041 games, scored 127 goals, and made 161 assists. Born in Toronto, Ontario on November 29, 1971, May stands 6-1 and weighs 213 lbs. He was drafted by the Buffalo Sabres in the 1st round (14th overall) of the 1990 NHL Entry Draft. May officially announced retirement on September 21, 2010.
