About Bob Sauve:
Bob Sauve (full name: Bob Sauve; no nicknames) played goalie from 1977 until 1989 for the Buffalo Sabres, Detroit Red Wings, Chicago Black Hawks, Chicago Blackhawks and New Jersey Devils. He played for the Sabres from 1977 - 1985, Red Wings in 1982, Black Hawks in 1986, Blackhawks in 1987 and Devils from 1988 - 1989. Over 13 seasons, he played 420 games, scored 0 goals, and made 14 assists. Born in Ste-Genevieve, Quebec on June 17, 1955, Sauve stands 5-8 and weighs 175 lbs. He was drafted by the Buffalo Sabres in the 1st round (17th overall) of the 1975 NHL Amateur Draft.
