Bob McClure (full name: Robert Craig McClure; no nicknames) played pitcher from 1975 until 1993 for the Kansas City Royals, Milwaukee Brewers, Montreal Expos, New York Mets, California Angels, St. Louis Cardinals and Florida Marlins. He played for the Royals from 1975 - 1976, Brewers from 1977 - 1986, Expos from 1986 - 1988, Mets in 1988, Angels from 1989 - 1991, Cardinals from 1991 - 1992 and Marlins in 1993. Over 19 seasons, he started 73 games, won 68 games, struck out 701 batters, and had a 3.81 ERA. Born on April 29, 1952 in Oakland, CA, McClure stands 5' 11" and weighs 170 lb. He attended high school and was drafted by the Kansas City Royals in the 3rd round of the 1973 amateur draft (June Secondary). His debut was on August 13, 1975 and he played his final game on May 17, 1993. Over his career, McClure made $5,417,500.
