Bob Atkins (fullname: Robert Lee Atkins Jr.; no nicknames) played Defensive Back from 1968 until 1976 for the St. Louis Cardinals and Houston Oilers. He played 114 games, intercepted 19 passes and recovered 4 fumbles. Born in Atlanta, GA on April 2, 1946, Atkins stands 6'3 and weighs 215 lbs. He attended college at Grambling State. He was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 2nd round (42nd overall) of the 1968 NFL Draft.
