About Bo Hart Memorabilia & Collectibles

Bo Hart is a retired professional baseball player in the Major League Baseball. Although he was born in Creswell, Oregon, Hart was raised in Capitola, California and went to Soquel High School where he was an active player in the school’s team. He decided to attend Gonzaga University where he continued to play baseball. He was eligible to participate in the 1999 MLB Draft and was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals during the 33rd round of the draft.

After playing in the minors for some time, Hart was finally called to the MLB in 2003. He played as second baseman during the 2003 season and was able to impress the baseball community after posting a .416 BA during the first ten games that he played in. This record was once held by Kirby Puckett before Hart was able to break it.

Hart signed with the Colorado Rockies in 2006 where he played for their minor league affiliates and played for the Lancaster Barnstormers during the 2007 season. Middle of the season, Hart was signed by the Chicago Cubs and played for the team’s Iowa affiliate. He signed with the Baltimore Orioles later in that year and played for their minor league affiliates.

In 2008, Hart played in the Northern League with the Schaumburg Flyers and then for the Kansas City T-Bones in the same league.
