Blair Allen Rasmussen is a former professional basketball player who hails from Auburn, Washington. He was drafted by the Denver Nuggets to play in the National Basketball Association in the NBA Draft in 1985. His height of 7 ft. became an asset for the team. Before he made his way to the National Basketball Association, he played college basketball at University of Oregon where he contributed much for the team. He began his NBA career in 1985 and had a total of eight seasons in the said league.

He became part of the Denver Nuggets from the 1985 season until the 1991 season. He also became part of the Atlanta Hawks which he signed in 1991. He had his last season with the team in 1993.

 

According to many reviews, he had his greatest season in 1990-1991 while playing for the Denver Nuggets. That season, he appeared in 70 games and made a 12.5 PPG average. He also logged 1.9 blocks per game for that year. In his entire NBA career, he was able to play in 532 games and has scored 5, 119 points. Born in Auburn, Washington on November 13, 1962, Rasmussen stands 7-0 and weighs 250 lbs. He attended high school at Auburn in Auburn, Washington and college at University of Oregon. He was drafted by the Denver Nuggets in the 1st round (15th pick, 15th overall) of the 1985 NBA draft.
